Neste episódio de A Cozinha Portuguesa da Rosa, Rosa ensina como preparar o clássico Caldo Verde, uma sopa icónica da gastronomia portuguesa. Simples, reconfortante e cheia de sabor, feita com batatas, couve e chouriço, perfeita para qualquer ocasião.

Ingredientes:

  • 1kg de batatas
  • 1 cebola
  • 1 chouriço
  • 500g de couve cortada
  • Azeite
  • Sal a gosto

Modo de Preparação:

Coloque as batatas, a cebola e o chouriço inteiro em 3 litros de água. Tempere com sal e deixe cozinhar por 40 minutos. Retire o chouriço e corte-o em rodelas. Passe a sopa com a varinha mágica até ficar cremosa. Adicione a couve e cozinhe por mais 10 minutos. Finalize com um fio de azeite. Sirva quente com as rodelas de chouriço.

  • 1kg of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Portuguese sausage (chouriço)
  • 500g chopped collard greens
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

Boil 3 liters of water in a large pot. Add the potatoes, onion, and sausage. Season with salt and cook for 40 minutes. Remove the sausage and slice. Blend the soup until smooth, add the greens, and cook 10 more minutes. Finish with olive oil and serve with sausage slices.
